We process End-Customer personal data strictly on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions to fulfill orders.

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us, data collected automatically when you use our Services, and data from third-party sources.

2.1. Personal data you provide to us (Merchant Data)

When you register for an account, use our Services, or contact our customer support, we collect:

  • Billing Information: Billing address and payment details (such as credit card information processed by our third-party payment processors).

2.2. Personal data we process on your behalf (End-Customer Data)

When an End-Customer places an order on your connected store, we receive the following data necessary to fulfill the order:

  • End-Customer’s name, shipping address, phone number, and order details.

When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and log data.

  • Information about your interactions with our Services (e.g., pages visited, clicks, and usage patterns) using cookies and similar tracking technologies.
